HELLO!

Nestled away in a quiet residential area of Kings Langley, Garrad House is a purpose-built house that opened in 1991.  We have nine high quality studio rooms all with en-suite facilities and three one-bedroom flats.  All the rooms come unfurnished so that you can bring your favourite and familiar items with you to create your own little paradise and home from home.  You will have your own front door and room key so that you can come and go, as you want and remain independent. 

All of our rooms have central heating, television and telephone points, and for extra security and peace of mind, each room has an emergency alarm call system and every resident has a personal alarm pendant.

Our team of excellent cooks provide delicious home cooked and nutritious meals on a daily basis.  Also, you no longer have to worry about bills, council tax etc as this is all included in the monthly rent.
